I grew up with a sure knowlege of some things. One of them was that a hamburger is not worth eating unless it's dripping down your elbows. Thank you, Dad.
Homemade cheeseburgers are so good, we don't really love to go out to eat them. It's also a crowd-pleasing food, so I know everyone's going to gobble up their dinner. We believe in meat mix-ins, especially onion soup mix or steak seasoning.

Mix the hamburger & onion soup together with hands... possibly the most fun part of the meal. Add an egg if you please. Flatten into hamburger patties that are much wider & thinner than you want them on your sandwich, since they shrink in the fry pan. Fry or grill the meat in bbq & Worchestershire sauce until cooked through. Add cheese for the last 2 minutes until melted. Prepare buns with all the yumminess you can muster. Try to stretch your mouth around it gracefully. Good luck with that.

We love Famous Dave's sauce. Period. But we tried Sweet Baby Ray's, and wow - it's yummy, too. This burger is pictured with mayo, ketchup, mustard, Sweet Baby Ray's hickory & brown sugar bbq sauce, red onion, pepper jack cheese, tomato, pickle, Wishbone thousand island dressing, and lettuce.
